Paying tribute to all the officers in blue, this night before Christmas story was written by the founder of Santa Cops, a policeman's charity. Michael D. Harrison and other members of the Conover, North Carolina, police force deliver donated toys and clothing to underprivileged children. Officer Michael D. Harrison spent eighteen years as a deputy sheriff and another eight years as a probation/parole officer. He has supervised a patrol squad, worked with a narcotics investigation unit, and served as an undercover officer.
