(A color printed version will also be sent to the Ship-To Address specified on your order). A printed gift certificate will be mailed via 1st class mail to all US addresses free of charge. (International orders will be charged a nominal fee for mailing.) US orders containing gift certificates only: Please disregard any shipping charges, as they will not be billed. "Instant Gift Certificate" numbers will be emailed to the givers email address at 4pm and 6pm PST Monday-Friday.
