How We Determine Rates

• - Shipping charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions (2nd Day and Overnight are weight and zone based).
• - Not subject to special offers.
• - Charges are calculated before taxes.
• - All orders are subject to verification.

FREE Shipping on orders over $100

• When you place any order (excluding taxes and handling) you can receive Free Shipping on orders over $100. No hassles! Just place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and watch that shipping charge vanish!
• - Applies only to the contiguous 48 states
• - Applies only to internet orders
• - Excludes all Custom Items
• - Applies only to orders placed directly through www.ourdesigns.com
• - Excludes P.O. Boxes

Standard Delivery

• - Most orders arrive within 5-14 business days for in-stock items.

Premimum Ground Delivery

• - Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days for in-stock items.

2nd Day & Overnight Delivery

• - In Stock orders placed before 11am PST will be delivered one to two Business days later (depending on the shipping method selected).
• - All freight charges are calculated at the time of checkout and are based on the weight of the package and the location it is being shipped to.

International Shipping

• - All International Orders will be shipped out USPS Express International. The shipping cost is calculated based upon your location and weight of the items you are ordering.
