OurDesigns.com accepts: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Bank wire transfers can be arranged for larger orders. Currently, we do not accept personal checks for online orders, but you can mail in your order and check payment with this Mail Order Form
You do not have to pay sales tax unless you live in Washington state. The current sales tax rate is 8.2%
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. However, your financial institution may hold those funds until we charge the order. In this case you may see an authorization for the amount on your card. If the order is not charged and shipped the authorization drops after several business days. If the authorization has not dropped after 5 business days please contact your financial institution to have the authorization removed.

Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items will list 'Expected to ship in 2 - 7 days' in the description field in your Shopping Cart. When you order an out of stock item, your order will be placed on backorder status. You can always call us at 1-800-382-5252 to find out the item's expected arrival date.
OUR GUARANTEE: If you are not completely satisfied with any stock items you have ordered, or if any item is defective in materials or workmanship, OUR Designs, Inc. will promptly replace it with a similar item of equal value, or will provide you with a credit or refund. This does not apply to customer error in ordering custom-made or personalized items. To qualify for an adjustment under our guarantee, simply phone OUR Designs, Inc at 1-800-382-5252 within ten (10) days of delivery. Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable.
No returns accepted without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
RMA numbers will not be issued more than 30 days after invoice date.
