much is shipping?
You
can check the shipping charges by adding items to your cart, then login
to checkout (you won't place the order until you hit the 'Submit Order'
button). You can then view the different shipping options/charges under
the 'Ship Via' dropdown under Step 2.

Ground Shipping takes 2-7 business days after it leaves our Shipping department.
When
will my order ship?
If
your item displays 'In Stock' it will probably ship within 24 working
hours. Add this time to your selected shipping method to get the total
time to receive your order. The carriers do not count weekends as a
day in transit.
To speed the delivery of your order, have your order shipped to the
credit card billing address as we can not guarantee transit times for
orders shipped to different ship-to / bill-to addresses. In the Continental
U.S. we ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day and Priority Mail. Military
address may only be shipped via the US Postal Service. International
orders are shipped via UPS or the Postal Service. UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How can I get free shipping?
We currently offer Free Ground Shipping on orders over $99.
For FREE Shipping You Must:
1. Purchase at least $99 worth of items from OurDesigns.com stores.
2. Place your order online, (this offer is not available by phone).
3. Select the UPS Ground Shipping option for $0.00 at Checkout
Limitations: Only available to the contiguous 48 United States. Free Shipping does not apply to backordered items.
My order was damaged in transit.
All shipments are insured. First, contact us. You can email us or call us 800-382-5252 to begin the process.
You'll need to provide your invoice #, tracking #, and description of the damage. The freight carriers will expect you to have the box, packaging and merchandise available for inspection for 7-15 days, depending on the carrier. They will send us the paperwork, and we will take over from there. The average time to settle a damage claim is 30 days from the date of reporting it. When they settle the claim, we will reship new product to you.
My order didn't arrive on time.
Your order will ship by the method of your choice. Note: UPS does not guarantee delivery times for ground shipments to any residential address. If you run a business out of your home, it is considered residential. Delivery times are guaranteed only to commercial addresses that are in a "commercial zone". They will provide estimated times of delivery, but they are not guaranteed.
The only guarantee is on Air shipments. If your next day or second day package does not arrive on time, you will need to contact our claims department, and provide them with your invoice #, and tracking #. They will file a service failure with the Carrier, and refund the shipping charges to your account. Please note that claims for service failure must be made within 30 days from the date your merchandise was SHIPPED. This is not from the date received, but from the date the carrier accepted the shipment from us.
Can I pick up my order?
Our Northwest customers in the Portland/Vancouver area can pick up their phone-only orders at our Vancouver, WA location. Call our Customer Service dept to place a Will-Call order.
